Job summary

Mastercard in Riyadh is seeking a Manager – Network Commercialization to drive growth and optimization of the receiving network across GCC markets. You will expand payout capabilities, strengthen relationships with RSPs, banks, and payment partners, and ensure top-tier coverage, pricing, speed and customer experience.

The role focuses on expanding cross-border remittance capabilities, pushing to card solutions, and improving network performance and partner economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittances, card networks, or financial services.
• Proven experience managing commercial relationships with banks, payment institutions, money transfer operators, fintechs, or RSPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional network commercialization strategies to drive growth.
• Onboard new Receiving Service Providers (RSPs), banks, fintechs, wallet providers, and payment institutions.
• Expand payout coverage across bank deposits, mobile wallets, and push-to-card capabilities.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of network expansion opportunities.
• Drive activation and utilization of new network capabilities to increase volumes and revenue.
• Collaborate in strategic relationships with existing RSPs and key network partners.
• Conduct business reviews with partners to assess performance and opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs.
• Work with partners to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Work with banks and payment partners to activate Send to Card (TC28) and other capabilities.
• Drive expansion of card-based payout solutions across markets.
• Partner with issuing banks and ecosystem participants to increase acceptance of card payouts.
• Support commercialization of innovative payout solutions.
