Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager - Development to lead end-to-end residential development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, sustainability, and alignment with strategic goals.

You will oversee feasibility studies, land acquisition, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments while guiding cross-functional teams of architects, contractors, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in residential development management.
• Experience delivering residential projects across all development phases.
• Strong understanding of Middle East real estate markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development process for residential projects aligned with Qiddiya’s goals.
• Oversee feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning.
• Supervise project teams and coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
