Job summary

Six Senses Amaala and Six Senses Southern Dunes in Saudi Arabia seek a Cluster Commercial Director to oversee the Sales & Marketing operation across both properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and budgets. You will work with the General Managers to set cohesive commercial goals and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive luxury hotel sales/marketing experience.
• 3-5 years in a senior commercial/Director-level role, preferably across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the cluster commercial strategy, annual sales and marketing plan, and revenue budget for both properties.
• Lead, develop and manage the cluster Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Public Relations teams.
• Set and monitor commercial performance targets, including RevPAR, market share and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, travel partners and luxury consortia.
• Represent Six Senses Amaala and Six Senses Southern Dunes at trade shows and industry events.
• Oversee pricing, distribution and channel strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
