Job summary

Six Senses Amaala and Six Senses Southern Dunes seek a Cluster Commercial Director to lead the sales, marketing, revenue management and PR teams across both properties in Saudi Arabia. You will drive the commercial strategy, budgets, and performance targets while ensuring brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Fluent English is required and Arabic language is preferred. A senior commercial/Director-level track record across multiple properties is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management or a related field with 8–10 years’ progressive experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand vision, quality and standards across two properties and develop cohesive commercial concepts.
• Lead and manage the cluster Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Public Relations teams.
• Develop and execute the cluster commercial strategy, annual sales and marketing plan, and revenue budget for both properties.
• Set and monitor commercial performance targets (RevPAR, market share, profitability) with finance.
