Four Seasons Resort & Residences Amaala seeks a Director of Residence to lead the Private Residence department and oversee residential operations, ensuring exceptional service for homeowners and guests. This role manages standards, budgets, and compliance with Saudi regulations.

The candidate will drive leadership across the residential team, maintain high service levels, and collaborate with other departments to safeguard assets and uphold Four Seasons quality in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in luxury residential operations or hospitality.
• Strong budgeting and financial management knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Private Residence department to ensure Four Seasons service standards.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and residents; respond to requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Recruit, lead, train, and develop the residential team to promote accountability and service excellence.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets; monitor expenditures and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments to maintain residences and shared spaces.
• Develop and implement residential policies and procedures in line with Four Seasons standards and Saudi laws.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and asset protection; ensure health, safety, security and emergency procedures.
