The Chedi Hegra in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Groups & Events Sales Manager to drive group business, MICE, weddings and social events revenue. You will lead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to event execution in a luxury onsite environment.

You will build relationships with corporate and social segments, prepare proposals, contracts and budgets, and coordinate across departments to ensure flawless event delivery in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Groups & Events, Banquet Sales, or Catering Sales within luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate proposals, contracts and budgets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and sales CRM tools.

• Actively source and secure groups, MICE, weddings, and social events to exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare professional proposals, contracts, and budgets tailored to client needs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to event execution and follow-up.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure premium event delivery.
• Oversee banquet and catering planning aligning with luxury brand standards.
• Forecast, report, and manage pipeline using Opera PMS and CRM systems.
• Develop relationships with corporate, MICE, and social segment stakeholders.
