This role partners with operations, maintenance, engineering and digital teams to deliver measurable value while upholding safety, governance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial/mining/tech environments.
• Experience leading operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformations.
• Experience in process optimization, capacity planning, and productivity programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
