Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in industrial, mining, technology, or similar environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record in process optimization and capacity planning.
• Lean & Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize line balancing, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Develop data-driven allocation models to improve productivity.
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting for value realization.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
