Client of The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Engineering Manager in Riyadh to provide technical leadership across telecommunications networks for renewable energy projects. The role requires overseeing the design, integration, and optimization of telecom systems for solar and wind plants.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in telecommunications, focusing on substations and power transmission. A B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering is required, with M.Tech preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in telecommunications or control systems within the power or energy sector.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of fibre optic networks and communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and design of telecommunication systems for power transmission networks.
• Support cold and hot commissioning activities across utility-scale projects.
• Ensure compliance with cyber security standards and project-specific requirements.
