Job summary

KBR Technical Services in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead Process Engineer with extensive experience in the design of process units, pipelines, utilities, and offsite facilities. You will oversee up to 15 engineers, manage process deliverables, and ensure design integrity across projects from concept through detailed design.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of process simulations (HYSYS, Pipenet), and familiarity with SA standards and NFPA requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of upstream Oil & Gas Facilities Design experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Proficient in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 process engineers and related discipline engineers.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, design basis, process calculations, and equipment specs.
• Provide technical leadership and project scope delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Lead technical presentations to clients and serve as technical resource for the team.
• Ensure adherence to client, KBR and international procedures and standards.
