Job summary

You will lead a team of process engineers, oversee PFDs/P&IDs, and ensure design integrity across projects. Strong knowledge of HYSYS, Pipenet, and Saudi Aramco standards is required, along with excellent communication for client interfaces.

You will mentor staff, review technical deliverables, and drive schedules within budget while upholding KBR's values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience in Oil & Gas or infrastructure.
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10–15 process engineers and designers.
• Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, design basis and calculations.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure on-schedule delivery within budget.
• Perform process scope scoping, estimation of work-hours, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with client, KBR and international standards.
