Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Landscape or Agricultural Engineering.
• 5–8 years of procurement experience in landscape construction.
• Hands-on SAP knowledge and SEC certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, external works, and landscape-related packages.
• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
• Source and evaluate qualified suppliers and subcontractors within KSA and the GCC.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, conduct commercial and technical evaluations, and negotiate prices and terms.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, planning, and finance teams.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure SAP processing.
• Monitor material deliveries and resolve procurement, quality, and logistical issues.
• Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Support claims, variations, cost comparisons, and procurement reporting.
