Job summary

Pine Landscaping Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Landscape Estimator to lead cost estimation and tendering for large-scale landscape projects.

You will interpret drawings, prepare bids, and collaborate with designers, project managers, procurement, and clients, with on-site work in Jeddah. This senior role requires 5+ years in landscape/construction estimating and proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of Saudi/GCC market rates is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in landscape estimating, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis and bid preparation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape drawings, specs and project documents.
• Familiarity with Saudi/GCC market rates and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders with tight deadlines.

Pine Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Estimator to lead cost estimation and tendering across multiple large-scale landscape projects in the Kingdom.

Pine Landscaping delivers landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, and water feature works for major hospitality, commercial, and luxury developments across Saudi Arabia, offering exposure to some of the region's most significant projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in landscape estimating, including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for medium to large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape drawings, technical specifications, and project documents, with solid understanding of construction and landscaping methods.
• Familiarity with local market pricing, materials, and suppliers in Saudi Arabia, preferably with experience in Jeddah or the broader region.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work with tight deadlines while managing multiple tenders and proposals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, project managers, procurement teams, and clients.
• Commitment to sustainable practices and an understanding of environmentally friendly materials and techniques in landscaping.
• Able to independently manage a full estimate, from inquiry receipt to final pricing.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to a dynamic, project-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5 years of progressive experience in landscape or construction estimating, with senior-level responsibility preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Saudi/GCC landscaping market rates and suppliers preferred.
