Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Architect – Landscaping to oversee landscape architecture and site landscaping for a major Riyadh development. You will supervise both hardscape and softscape works, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure quality, sustainability, and timely delivery of landscape installations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture with 8+ years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years in landscape architecture/construction/site supervision.
• Minimum 5 years in landscape supervision on large-scale developments.
• Experience on hospitality, mixed-use, public realm, parks, or commercial projects.
• Proficient in landscape construction methods, irrigation, and site development.
• Knowledge of local and international landscape standards and best practices.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Review landscape designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Inspect hardscape works (paving, plazas, walkways, walls, furniture, water features).
• Supervise softscape works (planting, irrigation, turf, trees, shrubs).
• Coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, irrigation, and infrastructure teams to resolve interfaces.
• Review method statements, work procedures, and material submittals for landscape works.
• Verify landscape materials and site furnishings against specs.
• Monitor progress against approved landscape construction schedules.
