Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to lead the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies across the organization. You will design and maintain knowledge repositories, capture critical assets, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accessible information.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead training sessions, assess knowledge assets to identify gaps, and monitor impact to drive data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management or related field.
• Experience with knowledge management strategies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management frameworks to improve sharing across the organization.
• Design and maintain knowledge management systems that are user-friendly and up-to-date.
