You will oversee project scope, timelines, budgets and risk, drive user research, apply design thinking, and ensure outputs align with client objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, especially within UX/design projects.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of experience design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
