Job summary

Müller`s Solutions is seeking a seasoned IT Asset Management professional to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring CMDB accuracy and governance across departments. The role emphasizes reconciliation, license management, and cost optimization to align with business services.

The position requires expert ITIL knowledge, strong data analysis, and collaboration with Finance and Procurement to manage depreciation, budgets and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management or Configuration Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks and Service Configuration Management.
• Advanced Excel/data analysis for reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong communication to coordinate Finance, Procurement and IT Ops.

Responsibilities

• Manage full IT asset lifecycle from request to decommissioning.
• Maintain CMDB integrity and map CIs and relationships.
• Perform reconciliations between discovery, procurement, and CMDB.
• Map dependencies between CIs to support business services.
• Collaborate with Finance for asset depreciation, budgets, and TCO analysis.
• Coordinate with Procurement to capture new purchases and licenses.
