You will drive innovative solutions that enhance client performance and foster digital transformation, collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and deliver technology-enabled strategies.

You will analyze operations, design scalable processes, and lead workshops to educate clients on tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in business consultancy, digital transformation, or process improvement roles.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and data analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify solutions to complex challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Experience in change management methodologies and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
