Job summary

New Sourcing International (NSI) is seeking an IT Security Assistant Manager for a multinational consultancy footprint in Saudi Arabia. The role blends advisory delivery with business development across large digital security programs.

You will lead delivery teams on IT security projects, drive risk assessments, and ensure ISO 27001 and BC/DR practices are embedded, with a strong focus on client growth and P&L accountability. Hybrid work in Riyadh region is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a senior IT security/consulting role.
• Strong background in ISO 27001, BCP, DR and IT risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large delivery teams across multiple projects with IT security focus.
• Lead business development to win new clientele and grow opportunities.
• Oversee P&L, vendor management, change management and contract negotiation.
• Drive transformation, process improvements and stakeholder management.
• Ensure SLA construction and delivery quality on security programs.
