Job summary

Rgheeb is seeking an Investment Manager to evaluate and manage investment opportunities, monitor the portfolio, and support transactions and strategic initiatives. You will report to the CFO and focus on investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, M&A, and portfolio performance to maximize returns.

The role requires extensive experience in investment management, deal structuring, and risk assessment, with strong communication to executives and the Investment Committee.

Qualifications

• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare financial, commercial, and feasibility analyses.
• Conduct market research to identify attractive opportunities locally and regionally.
• Develop and review financial models including NPV, IRR, ROI, payback, sensitivity, and scenario analysis.
• Manage and monitor the investment portfolio, track performance, and maximize returns.
• Lead and participate in M&A, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures from evaluation to closing.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, commercial, operational, and technical areas.
• Assess risks and propose mitigations, restructurings, or exits.
• Support deal structuring, financing options, and negotiations with banks/investors.
• Build relationships with investors, funds, banks, developers, and advisors.
• Prepare proposals and reports for CFO and Investment Committee.
• Monitor investments against plans and identify risks/opportunities.

Responsibilities
