Job summary

ABM is seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer for interior fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. You will originate, qualify, and convert opportunities from end clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors, owning each pursuit from engagement to award and final account closure.

The role requires interpreting drawings, bills of quantities, and scopes of work to translate client needs into costed, value-engineered solutions with design and estimation teams, ensuring contract

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project sales experience.
• Experience originating and closing interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of prequalification, tendering, contract award, variation management, and project close-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop interior fit-out opportunities across the assigned territory and target segments.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through end clients, developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors.
• Translate client requirements into costed technical solutions in coordination with design and estimation teams.
• Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals within client deadlines.
• Negotiate commercial terms, finalise sales agreements and contracts, and close orders within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, projects, and subcontractor teams from award through to completion.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, pricing behaviour, and upcoming project opportunities.
