Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead major infrastructure and masterplan development projects across Saudi Arabia. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical engineering background (Civil Engineering) with proven experience at leading

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
12–15+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure delivery, or major development programs.
Proven experience with leading international engineering consultancies.
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia.
PMP certification, Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts and delivery strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient and integrated project delivery.
Support governance, risk, and compliance throughout project delivery.
