Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the delivery of complex multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, with a focus on land development and master-planned communities in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead and coordinate design teams, interface with clients and authorities, and manage design processes from concept to construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and commercial performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering consultancy environments.
• Proven experience as Design Manager or Design Lead on major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams across infrastructure and land development projects.
• Manage end-to-end design process from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Coordinate design across roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, transportation and structures.
• Serve as primary interface with clients, authorities and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives; drive value and innovations.
