AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Interface Manager to lead the integration of bridge, road, utility, and traffic management interfaces on a large infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires coordinating engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve clashes and ensure schedule alignment.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in major infrastructure, with at least 7 years in interface management and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in PM/Infrastructure Management preferred.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) desirable.
• Membership in professional engineering bodies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Interface Management Plan.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary design and construction interfaces.
• Monitor utility relocation and third‑party coordination.
• Manage traffic and operation interfaces with authorities.
• Maintain Interface Registers and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare interface progress reports and dashboards.
