Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Project Director to lead multiple bridge and transportation packages. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery across engineering, construction, controls, and commercial functions to meet safety, schedule, budget, and client objectives.

You will guide cross-disciplinary teams, manage interfaces, and engage with clients and stakeholders at the executive level to ensure profitable, compliant outcomes in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or MBA is highly desirable.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, PMP or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Membership in ICE, PMI, ASCE or equivalent desirable.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Project.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, project controls, and commercial functions.
• Manage interfaces between bridge structures, highways, utilities and systems.
• Oversee project governance, risk, and performance reporting.
• Interface with client executives and major stakeholders.
