Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant for Identity & Security to collaborate with Sales, design solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations that address identity governance, access control, and risk reduction. You will engage with security, IT, and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into differentiated outcomes and guide deals through complex cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or related technical role.
• Genuinely curious and proactive in AI adoption for customer engagements and deal execution.
• Strong understanding of identity and security concepts including governance and access management.
• Proven pre-sales experience with Security Operations domain knowledge.
• Domain knowledge across core GRC areas in advisory, SC, or sales contexts.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and map them to business challenges.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level, complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and storytelling to align solutions with priorities.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% and work in distributed environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead discovery, solution design and technical validation for Identity & Security use cases.
• Deliver value-based demonstrations aligned to security and identity priorities.
• Translate capabilities into business outcomes like reduced risk and improved compliance.
• Support complex sales cycles from discovery to close with technical accuracy.
• Share insights with Product, Enablement and Marketing; contribute to field feedback.
