Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for HYCO, ASU and CO₂ facilities in the Middle East. You will lead technical direction, mentor regional engineers, optimize plant performance and ensure safety and reliability across multiple technologies, including SMR-based HYCO and CO₂ production.

You will coordinate with global resources, drive process improvements, and support turnarounds and project execution while delivering value and compliance to BHIG standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years in engineering/operations in industrial gases or similar.
• Strong HYCO/CO2 process tech background with startup and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering leadership for HYCO, ASU and CO2 projects.
• Lead troubleshooting, performance benchmarking, and debottlenecking activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross‑regional teams.
• Support MOC, OPHR, PHA/HAZOP, and other safety initiatives.
