Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced HSE Manager in Rabigh. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or Chemical Engineering and have at least 12 years of experience in the refinery or petrochemical industry. Responsibilities include developing HSE documentation, monitoring audits, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years' experience in refinery or petrochemical with HSE section.
• Strong technical understanding of HSE requirements.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE documentation and reports compliant with OHSAS and ISO standards.
• Monitor HSE controllers and coordinate audit schedules.
• Investigate root cause of HSE complaints and report results.
• Audit work performed with Safe Work Permit.
• Conduct emergency response exercises and drills.

Skills

Fluent in writing and reading English

Good knowledge of SAP system

Good technical understanding of maintenance execution management

Strong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)

Excellent communication skills

Proven leadership skills

Ability to resolve problems under pressure
