Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an HSE Lead to guide health, safety and environmental activities during the close-out of a major water infrastructure project at NEOM. You will ensure site safety, manage risk, coach teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across completion, testing and handover stages.

Lead investigations, audits, and permit-to-work processes, coordinating with leadership, contractors and client stakeholders to deliver safe project handover and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience on major infrastructure, utilities, water, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk management, incident investigation, and permit-to-work.
• Proven ability to lead contractor oversight, emergency planning, and regulatory compliance on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HSE activities for project completion, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with HSE plans, NEOM requirements, regulatory obligations, and Jacobs policies.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and drive continuous safe execution of works.
