Job summary

Jacobs, a global leader in engineering and construction, seeks a BIM Manager to lead the BIM and digital delivery for a major water infrastructure project in NEOM. You will oversee as-built models, data quality, and asset information transfer to the client and operations teams.

Collaboration with engineering, construction, GIS, commissioning, and project controls is essential to ensure accurate reflection of completed works and successful project handover. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, or design coordination for major infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, BIM Management, Geomatics, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of BIM delivery, information management, model coordination, asset information requirements, and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and digital engineering activities for project completion, handover, and close out.
• Manage federated BIM models reflecting as-built conditions and ensure alignment with completed works.
• Coordinate model updates with engineering, construction, GIS, survey, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards and information management protocols.
• Lead digital handover packages including BIM models, asset information, and geospatial data.
