Jacobs is seeking an HSE Lead for the NEOM water infrastructure project close-out phase. You will lead health, safety, and environmental activities, working with leadership, contractors, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders to ensure all close-out tasks meet Jacobs, NEOM, and regulatory requirements.

With a focus on safety culture, risk management, and contractor oversight, you will drive compliant, safe execution during final testing, handover, and project completion, while delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE experience on major infrastructure, utilities, water, or construction projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning and project close-out activities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead all HSE activities for project completion, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with HSE plans, NEOM requirements, and Jacobs policies.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk reviews across all work fronts.
• Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE support during testing, energization, and system integration.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness planning with stakeholders.
• Develop HSE performance reports, KPIs, and leadership recommendations.
• Support operational readiness, handover, and close-out activities.
