Job summary

Tawantech is seeking a Senior HRSD Business Analyst to analyze, design, and improve HR service delivery processes and technology solutions. The role links HR stakeholders, operations, IT, and implementation partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

The candidate will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, solution assessment, and testing across HRSD initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate and standardize HR services for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing HR service delivery processes and technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR governance, security, and data privacy.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and requirement gathering.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution assessment for HRSD initiatives.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between requirements and HRSD platform capabilities.
• Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders and IT teams during design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ensure solutions align with HR policies, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and propose solutions.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
