Job summary

Moomoo Arabia Capital, part of FUTU Group, is building a local HR team in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and to manage recruitment, performance, employee relations, and compliance.

You will collaborate with management to foster a positive culture, promote diversity, and drive talent development while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and diplomatic handling of sensitive situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employee relations issues and guide management and staff.
• Oversee performance management processes to align with goals.

About the Role:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Requires extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
