moomoo Arabia Capital is building a local team in Saudi Arabia to deliver world-class advisory services to clients in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced HR leader to shape strategy, policy, and culture, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
You will drive recruitment, performance management, engagement, and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Requires extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations. Manage complex HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. Work closely with management to foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and support talent development initiatives. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Passionate about shaping organizational culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving HR excellence.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
Lead recruitment efforts including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with management to develop compensation and benefits strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
