Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Technical Road Engineer to lead roadway design and technical deliverables for major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with project requirements and standards, and provide technical support during design and construction stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• 10–15 years of experience in road/highway engineering projects.
• Experience in contractor organizations and large-scale infra projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across road and highway design on multiple projects.
• Review and approve roadway geometric design, alignments, profiles, cross-sections, grading and pavement designs.
• Coordinate submissions with authorities and manage design progress for timely delivery.
• Support design calculations, reports, drawings and submissions; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Coordinate with drainage, utilities, traffic, structural and geotechnical disciplines; mentor junior staff.
