Job summary

Datamatics Global Services Ltd in Riyadh seeks a Technical Consultant to support the Health Information Exchange (HIE) project on a 4-month fixed-term onsite contract. The role demands deep expertise in FHIR, HL7, and health interoperability, with understanding of payer-provider and digital health workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, review architecture, and ensure alignment with regulatory NPHIES standards.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years total experience in software and healthcare IT; minimum 5 years in Health Tech.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems (HIE, HIS, payer-provider platforms).
• Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
• Experience in software architecture, system integration, and enterprise platforms.
• Domain knowledge in Revenue Cycle & Payors and familiarity with NPHIES.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on FHIR, HL7, and interoperability standards.
• Advise on integrating NPHIES requirements into healthcare systems.
• Design and review architectures supporting FHIR-based data exchange and NPHIES compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and technical requirements; conduct gap analysis.
• Support documentation, workshops, and knowledge transfer for client teams.
• Engage in solution reviews, testing, and rollout activities.
