Job summary

Client of Praxis Consulting in Riyadh seeks an experienced Senior Technical & Business Consultant to support a strategic Health Information Exchange initiative within the NPHIES ecosystem. The role blends interoperability, solution architecture, business analysis, and payer-provider domain expertise, with client-facing responsibilities bridging business requirements, technical design, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, MIS or related.
• 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HealthTech / Healthcare IT.
• Strong FHIR and HL7 expertise.
• Experience with HIE/HIS and payer-provider platforms.
• Strong understanding of NPHIES preferred.
• Fluent English and mandatory Arabic.
• Strong business analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and compliance with NPHIES requirements.
• Design and review FHIR API-based integration architectures.
• Gather, analyse, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide functional expertise across RCM and payer-provider workflows.
