Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Golf Agronomy Foreman to lead the agronomy team in maintaining high-quality turf and landscapes, ensuring healthy and playable golf conditions.

You will supervise daily operations, implement turf programs, monitor soil and turf health, and coordinate schedules to minimize disruption while staying compliant with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turf Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of golf course agronomy or turf management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass species, soil science, pest control, irrigation systems, and fertility management.
• Hands-on experience with turf maintenance equipment and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage agronomy staff in daily golf course turf maintenance.
• Implement turf programs to optimize turf health and playability.
• Monitor turf health and soil conditions; implement corrective measures.
• Schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and order agronomy supplies.
• Train and mentor agronomy staff for best practices.
• Collaborate to develop seasonal plans and budgets.
• Stay updated on trends in golf course turf management.
