Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Golf Agronomy Foreman to lead the agronomy team in maintaining golf course turf, greens, and surrounding landscapes to ensure health, quality, and top playing conditions.

You will supervise staff, implement turf management programs, monitor soil and turf health, manage schedules and budgets, and stay current with environmental and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Turf Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of golf course agronomy or turf management experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass species, soil science, irrigation, and fertility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agronomy staff in daily maintenance of golf course turf and greens.
• Implement turf management programs to optimize health and playability.
• Monitor turf and soil health; apply corrective measures as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and order agronomy supplies.
• Train and mentor staff; promote best practices.
• Collaborate on seasonal plans and budgets for agronomy.
• Stay updated on trends in golf course turf management.
