CodeNinja in Riyadh invites a hands-on Senior Development Lead with expertise in LLD, Java Spring Boot, Microservices, API security, and React JS. This player-coach role combines architecture involvement with hands-on coding and delivery leadership.

You will drive technical design, lead backend and frontend teams, ensure secure, scalable APIs, and guide code reviews, testing, and production readiness. Saudi Arabia alignment with Vision 2030 and local capability building.

Formación

• 8–12+ years in software development with Java/Spring Boot.
• 3+ years in Technical Lead / Development Lead role.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale API-driven apps in Agile/Scrum.
• Backend: Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices.
• API & Security: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API gateway.
• Frontend: React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
• DevOps / CI/CD: Git, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring.
• Strong Low-Level Design capability and code reviews.
• Excellent communication and mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and development of complex apps.
• Translate requirements into detailed Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Review designs for scalability, security, and performance.
• Provide guidance to developers and resolve blockers.
• Hands-on coding for critical features.
• Mentor developers and manage delivery cadence.
• Ensure production readiness with monitoring and logging.
• Collaborate with Architects, QA, DevOps, Security.
