Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
Minimum of 8 to 12+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
Minimum of 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Development Lead role.
Demonstrated mastery in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices architecture patterns, and Low-Level Design (LLD).
In-depth expertise in secure API design, RESTful services, and OAuth2, OIDC, JWT.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical and architectural leadership across full-stack development squads delivering enterprise microservices.
Author, validate, and maintain comprehensive Low-Level Designs (LLD) and interface control documents.
Architect, develop, and optimize high-throughput, distributed backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Design, implement, and secure API models with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT standards.
Oversee frontend development using React JS and state management suites.
Establish and enforce code review standards, unit testing, static analysis, and refactoring.
Deploy, orchestrate, and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and latency bottlenecks.
Mentor engineers and coordinate with product managers to ensure sprint delivery.
