Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in software development with Java/Spring Boot and microservices.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead/Development Lead role with hands-on work.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale API-driven platforms in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, JWT.
• Front-end experience with React JS and SPA patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for complex apps and platforms.
• Translate architecture to Low-Level Design with detailed component data models and APIs.
• Review designs for scalability, security, and performance; drive best practices.
• Lead backend microservices, REST APIs, and integration patterns; code critical features.
• Guide frontend React implementations and ensure secure API integration.
• Mentor developers, manage blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support production readiness, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
