Job summary

Qiddiya invites a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, planning and project accounting across a major development portfolio. You will own multi-year budgets, track commitments, and drive cash flow projections in SAP and PRISM, partnering with Development, PMO, and IT to deliver a single source of truth.

The role requires deep experience in construction finance, strong data-driven dashboards (Power BI), and governance-minded discipline.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in budgeting, FP&A, or development finance in construction or infrastructure.
Strong hands-on project accounting, cost control, and TDC management.
Proven SAP and PRISM expertise in project environments.
Experience in matrixed, multi-stakeholder delivery organisations.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting and forecasting across assets, with focus on construction stages.
Integrate SAP and PRISM data for accurate burn, commitments and cash flow.
Lead planning, option analysis, and scenario modelling for development.
Deliver consolidated financial and non-financial reporting for boards.
Maintain audit trails and support governance with quantified impacts.
Drive systems automation and standardisation for DFA reporting.
