Job summary

HALA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Group FP&A team in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, drive automation and AI-enabled analysis, and support the Oracle EPM implementation for planning while partnering with stakeholders across finance, operations and commercial teams.

The role demands strong analytical skills and proactive process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or financial analysis in fintech, payments or startup environments.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM or similar planning systems.
• Comfort with AI tools to support分析 and reporting
• Accounting qualification such as ACCA or SOCPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with business unit stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, including AI-driven processes.
• Support rollout and ongoing use of Oracle EPM for budgeting and forecasting.
