Job summary

HALA is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Director to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management. This pivotal role requires strategic financial insights and the ability to provide clear financial recommendations to leadership.

The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in finance, preferably within fintech or high-growth companies, and will work closely with various teams to enhance financial visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting senior leadership, board reporting, fundraising, or IPO readiness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain company-wide financial models.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for leadership and investors.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to the CEO and CFO.
