Job summary

CAE Middle East is seeking a Simulator Software Engineer to manage software configuration control and resolve complex software, hardware, and performance issues across Flight Simulator Training Devices and Cabin Crew Training Devices in Riyadh. You will develop and integrate system improvements, support installations, and participate in certification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7–10 years of related experience.
• Proficient in C, C++, and FORTRAN; scripting with Perl.
• Experience with Windows development tools (Visual Studio 6.0+).
• Knowledge of CAE software and avionics interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide software configuration control for training devices and fix complex software/hardware issues.
• Develop, test, integrate, and present fixes on simulators.
• Support CAE-MTL installations and hardware requirements.
• Coordinate with CAE Customer Service for issue follow-ups and SLA reviews.
• Interface with authorities and participate in project reviews.
