Job summary

TMC Middle East is seeking a Senior FIS Systematics Developer to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh, KSA. You will design, develop, and customize FIS Systematics solutions (ALS/IBS) to meet regulatory requirements and support CASA modules in a core banking environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with FIS Systematics and CASA, with COBOL or RPG skills, and a strong grasp of retail banking processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FIS Systematics ALS/IBS development or customization required.
• Direct experience with CASA modules in a core banking environment is mandatory.
• Proficiency in COBOL or RPG; familiarity with scripting tools used within Systematics is required.
• Solid understanding of retail banking processes, deposits products, and compliance/audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Support and enhance CASA modules, ensuring stability and alignment with banking operations.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate banking requirements into technical specifications and working solutions.

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within the FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) core banking platform to meet business and regulatory requirements
• Support and enhance CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) modules, ensuring stability and alignment with banking operations
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate banking requirements into technical specifications and working solutions
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across Systematics environments to maintain performance and availability
• Provide third-line technical support for production issues, working closely with operations and IT teams
• Proven hands-on experience with FIS Systematics (ALS/IBS) in a development or customization capacity — mandatory
• Direct experience with CASA modules within a core banking environment — mandatory
• Proficiency in COBOL, RPG, or associated scripting tools used within the Systematics environment
• Solid understanding of retail banking processes, deposit products, and compliance/audit requirements
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations or GCC banking standards is a strong advantage
