In this role, you will collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams to analyze financial performance, develop models and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in financial analysis, planning & performance management.
• Oil & Gas Upstream experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling.
• Excel proficiency; Power BI or SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Monitor KPIs related to financial and operational goals.
• Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual results to budgets.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to align financial plans with strategy.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decisions.
• Provide performance reports and presentations to management.
• Utilize analytical tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and regulatory updates.
