Job summary

Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia seeks a Planning & Control Manager to oversee financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for C&C projects. You will coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and project teams to ensure cost control and program alignment with KAUST policies and procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Finance/Business Admin), 10+ years of project planning and cost control, and proficiency in Excel and SAP; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and PMP is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning, cost control, and financial management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and governance experience.
• Proven ability to lead large projects and coordinate with finance, procurement, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial governance for all projects, establishing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with budget approvals, scope, charters, change management, and risk.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and stakeholders on financial activities.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to meet budgets and schedules.
• Conduct analysis to improve productivity and resource use.
• Oversee planning and budgeting from feasibility to completion.
• Monitor and report costs, payments, progress, and schedules with variance analysis.
• Drive reporting and stakeholder alignment across teams.
