Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst for its prestigious client. The role will be onsite in Thuwwal, Saudi Arabia, focusing on invoice verification, SAP-based processing, and financial analysis across contracts and projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in business/finance and have at least 4 years of related experience, with strong English communication and discretion in handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in a similar financial operations, accounting, or project finance role.
• Excellent command of both oral and written English.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Verification: Verify invoices for accuracy of C&C active contracts and projects in accordance with Purchase Orders and contract terms and conditions.
• Financial Processing & SAP Management: Ensure completeness of documentation for all invoices and financial actions across all projects and contracts, create SAP entries, charge costs to WBS/Cost Center/GL codes.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build relationships with proponents, vendors, and internal departments; resolve discrepancies and handle inquiries.
• Reporting & Financial Analysis: Provide accurate reports and analysis on invoices and vendor data across contracts and projects.
• Process Improvement: Review processes and systems to recommend improvements.
• General Support: Perform other tasks within the role.
